Full enclosure model

PIR_box_assembly_r2_1.stp - Among the most cost-effective optimal materials is ABS CF10, which is easy to print, doesn't require an enclosure, and performs well at the dryer’s working temperature. Both the spool holders and the air duct with the heater are printed from ABS CF10.

Important

All internal parts of the enclosure must be printed from materials that can withstand 100°C or higher.

Fabrication (~60 minutes)

  • Review the images
  • Print the file "Раскрой.pdf"
  • Print "Оснастка ножа.stp"
  • Mark the sheet
  • Cut the parts
  • Bevel edges where needed
  • Glue the parts (use dedicated PIR panel adhesive foam or any polyurethane-based glue)
  • Seal edges and joints with aluminum tape
  • Print the hinges, attach them with thin double-sided tape to the body and door, and screw them in with 25-30 mm long, 4-5 mm diameter screws. This method has been tested and proven reliable.
