Assembly¶
Before starting the assembly process, review the following materials to understand the upcoming steps:
Assembling PIR Panels¶
Check all parts and fit them together without glue.
Prepare the floor panel as shown in the images:
Alternatively, use the rotating insert from the file iDryer_set2.3mf. With this method, you don't need to bevel the floor part-just cut out the missing rectangle in the milled air duct. The offset from the edge of the floor panel should be 5 mm (groove depth in the back wall).
You will need a spatula from the printed parts kit and heat-resistant sealant.
Apply sealant to the parts:
Spread it using the spatula:
Assemble the box:
Tape all sides of the box with masking tape:
Glue the cap and printed part:
Allow the sealant to cure fully.
Applying Foil Tape¶
Cover the edge areas with aluminum tape.
Use a marking gauge for layout:
