This directory contains 3D models for the enclosure and mounting components of the iHeater device.

File Formats

  • .stl - Used for 3D printing.
  • .stp - Used for editing assemblies in CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, FreeCAD).

How to Use

  1. Open iHeater.stp in your CAD software to view the full assembly.
  2. Load the STL files into your slicer to prepare for 3D printing.
  3. Make sure to set the import scale to millimeters (mm).

Enclosure Printing Material

Recommended materials:

  • ABS, ABS-CF
  • PA, PA-GF
  • PP, PP-GF
  • other materials capable of withstanding 90°C

Notes

  • Ensure that ventilation openings are not blocked during installation.
  • STL files are optimized for support-free printing.
